What is the best way to get in touch?

What are your opening hours?
Our café is open:
Monday to Friday 7:30am–2:30pm
Saturday to Sunday 8:00am–2:30pm
Our cocktail bar is open:
Tuesday to Thursday 5pm–11pm
Friday to Saturday 4pm–12am
I have dietary restrictions. Are you able to accommodate them?
We serve an à la carte snack-centric menu that is local, seasonal, and made to go hand-in-hand with our curated beverage list.
We love garlic, onion, nuts and dairy. If you have dietary restrictions with these ingredients, kindly note that the dishes that we can offer may be limited.
How do I make a reservation?
Our daytime café operates on a walk-in basis. In the evenings we’re pleased to welcome walk-ins and take a limited number of reservations for groups larger than six guests via email.
All groups of six guests and above are required to pay a $30pp deposit to secure the reservation. Credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation. We do not store your details or charge the card. Providing these details pre-authorises a charge of $30pp in case of late cancellation/reschedule (within 6 hours) and failure to show with no notice.
Is there a limited dining time?
All dining sessions are 2 hours from the time of your reservation or arrival. Tables will be held for a 15-minute grace period in the instance of late arrival.
Is it possible to book the venue for events?
Juno is available for private events. Please contact our dedicated events team hi@junoauckland.com for details regarding availability, group sizes, and options for customisation.
To help you envision your event, we encourage site visits where you can explore our space and discuss your plans with us in person.
Are dogs allowed inside?
Dogs are welcome in a restricted area during our daytime café hours. We appreciate your understanding as we endeavour to maintain a comfortable environment for all our guests. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
